悲伤的圣诞节

每年的圣诞节都是我们家人聚会的一天。但，今年及往后的圣诞节却少了两个家庭成员。


祥乐，我们好想念你。每当想起你，眼角的泪就不知不觉的掉了下来。可是我们知道，你将会永远离我们而去。。。希望你在天国的另一边也会开开心心的渡过。我们爱你。


慧诗，你将是我们永远怀念的人。希望你可以放下全部，好好的去天国。虽然我们都很舍不得你，但既然命运是这样，我们就应该去面对。别担心，两个孩子会健健康康及开开心心的成长，因为他们有你的保佑。你是他们永远最敬爱的母亲。

Form KWSP 17A(AHL) & KWSP 17AA(AHL)

For those who wish to maintain the contributions at 11% (EPF) are required to fill up the below form.

1) Form KWSP 17A(AHL) - This form is use for personal application.

2) Form KWSP 17AA(AHL) -This form is for employer who wish to submit the request for a group of employees.

EPF Form - Employees' Monthly Contribution Rate wef 01.01.2009

As announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister YAB Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak during the 2009 budget, the employee's monthly contribution rate for members of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will be reduced by 3%, from its statutory rate of 11% to 8%, effective from January 2009 wage for a period of 2 years.
